Special Thirty Thursday Session ( 30 + 30): Reaxys + Reaxys Medicinal Chemistry In-Person
Reaxys is a database that offers curated chemistry, medicinal chemistry, and pharmacology data from patents, journals, and books. It enables chemistry and medicinal chemistry research, education, and the development of predictive chemistry solutions to improve R&D productivity.
The training session focus will be on Reaxys usage in Drug research applications.
Learn to:
- construct search queries using different tools embedded in Reaxys
- import structure/substructure to Reaxys and use it to query the database.
- Search for compounds with specific physical, chemical and biological properties
- Search for variable structural features.
- Utilize Reaxys Medicinal Chemistry heatmap to retrieve compound/target related information.
